Would like to determine whether there is a way to develop a method that only "Designated" Customer records are sync'd over to the Mobile environment, based on user assignment, so that users with multiple records do not necessarily have to have all Customer records they are assigned to in the Web environment shared with them within the Field Service Mobile environment.

The designation of

which Customer records a user is assigned to that would appear in Mobile should

be controlled only be users with the ' Admin' roles.

In same way if any personal views also have been created in web , it has been controlled in web to get this access in Mobile.

This could help

improve the overall user experience with the Field Service Mobile environment

& allow the Mobile environment to perform more efficiently.
