If there is a feature to minimize the call window of Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, it would be very user-friendly.

After using the software I have discovered the that the voice commands "Remote Assist Pin / Remote Assist Unpin" can be useful in this situation where someone has accidentally pinned the call window in a far away location.
The person can say "Remote Assist Unpin" to bring the call window back to them.

This same suggestion has come up in our environment as well.
Melissa had a good point that when the call window follows the technician, sometimes it runs into their hand and they will intermittently press a button, usually it is the hang-up button.
A good addition would be a voice command to hide the call window, such as "Remote Assist -> Show Call" and "Remote Assist -> Hide Call"
Other remote assist software has explored this option in the past and it would be a great addition.

A few users have mentioned that the pin/unpin option for the call window isn't always the best. For example, if you pin your window in one location, so that it is not in the way during a site tour (for example), then to retrieve it you must return to that original location which can be at a far distance. However, alternatively if you unpin and allow the call window to initiate the follow me feature, then it can get in the way resulting in clicking on something that was not intended.
Implementing a minimize call window feature would be very beneficial.
