Currently, the printing of Proforma invoice requires the full access to object SALESFORMLETTER_PROFORMA_INVOICE and is covered only by a Finance license, although printing the proforma does not generate any financial transactions.

If the access level to button SALESFORMLETTER_PROFORMA_INVOICE is reduced to Read level, then the user cannot aggregate data from several orders or change other printing parameters.

A typical scenario is one where sales managers handle the printing of delivery notes; as it stands, this single function requires them to have a Finance license.
