Email convert to case

Can we have the pop-up box for email to case convert customizable? We would like subject field to become mandatory for us which is mandatory on the case form for us.

Fantastic Idea!, I would prefer to customize the "Convert To Case" dialog similar to the "Case Resolution" dialog and as Carlos ML requested as well.


Microsoft, would you be able to provide an update on "Convert To Case" dialog

Would be good to extend this to Leads as well when you convert an activity to a lead. Customisable form for this would be awesome

Great! A lot of people is waiting this custom pop-up.
I prefer a custom form like the newest case resolution form, where you can customize your particular fields.
