Create an email using the Outlook email form

My clients would really like to be able to selected one or many contacts in the outlook or web client and be able to open an OUTLOOK email address to these contacts.

It would be nice to have the track in crm buttom defaulted to on in this instance.

Thanks for your suggestion. This has been fixed in CRM 2011 Client release. You should find the action under "ADD" ribbon group and then use "Email" action.
