I believe it would be a great idea to further develop our product and whenever there are processes related to importation of large configuration packages, to warn the user that due to the nature of the file, it may take an estimated amount of time, as well as advise the user of other steps in order for them to not be stuck waiting for a "we are working on it" message for hours, and not knowing if it would even able to process it.
