Wish there is an option to future identify, maintain, track, inquiry, report or dashboard applicant evaluation scorings. (e.g. bias, unbiased, aptitude, skills, natural skills, development skills, no-experience, vision, fit, emergency handlings, innovation, career track, etc..)

Not featuring applicant advanced evaluation scoring, we may not easily identify, or potentially future compare layoff, terminations, quit, management, human resource retention or retention policies, human capital.
