Hello! We've recently configured and enabled Agent Scripting in our environment for our users, via Session Templates and the Agent Scripting function. We pointed the Agent Script to appear for Opportunity entity as a guideline for our users to use when working Opportunities. We've noticed when using the Customer Workspace Application, that the Agent Script will not function, unless the Opportunity is the record is the main Session Tab.
It'd be ideal if the Agent Script can be utilized for the Opportunity record, regardless of whether the Opportunity is the main Session, or the work tab opened within the Session's original record. Example, accessing the Opportunity through the Contact record (session tab).
