Wish there is future option to easily setup employee action tasks to be performed on specific transactions (e.g. customer sales order packing slip + 10 days, vendor check payment generation + 5 days, new customer record, customer sales order RMA, customer sales order invoice, new employee record, etc..) for purpose to action task follow up and record transaction monitoring or performance.
