I couldn't find this specific idea, so maybe there's already a good workaround. However, we frequently generate new leads from our webinars and want to nuture them as a marketing leads before they are qualified and a new contact is created. We would like to see these leads in our marketing events, but it only supports contacts.

I agree and would like to see a full integration of leads into the Event Managemen Module including all the functionality like (Session and Event Registration (Real-Time-Forms), E-Mailintegration and the integration into to the segmentation criteria (ex. lead registered for event).
Most of the processes our customers have are lead driven like Fair Trades, Webcasts and Webinars, open house and custom events.
This is a must have.

I totally agree to Mark,
in my company we need to setup the event planning based on leads because of our sales process and current definitions. Additionally, Event registration forms and E-Mail functions ("add to calender" and "Teams meeting" in buttons) are not available for leads.
