System is designed to inherit most of order administration details from the customer/vendor account.


However, in some cases we would like some fields to be linked to the person who created/raised the order. Such as (Sales group) for example. This field reflects the commission the sales person gets and each group gets a different percentage and it's hard to know all of them as one company can have a lot of groups and sales person doesn't always know these details. Therefore, automating this would immensely help with the experience.


This will automate some unnecessary steps and provide better experience.

Thank you very much for your input. We do not have any plans to extend this capability, we will however continue to monitor how much in demand such a capability is.
