Dear Microsoft, I've been working with Microsoft applications my entire carrier, and implement hundreds of CRM projects. I love the CRM application and all the possibilities it brings. However, there is ONE MAJOR thing Microsoft needs to focus on, performance. We are experience massive negative feedback from customers that CRM Online is dreadful when it comes to performance. We are loosing to SalesForce and other CRM vendors because of poor performance.

Dynamics Operations(AX) has been redesigned to HTML5 and works perfectly, why can't you do the same with CRM.
