Talent needs the ability to view the changes in value, date of change, and by whom it was changed by of all the fields within the system. Basically, they need audit history of every field in every entity including custom fields. My client has requested this and I am struggling to provide it for them in Talent.
Comments
1. audit space should cost the same as cool blob, its very expensive now
2. audit should be easy to fully transfer, even if its several TB of data (its impossible to fully transfer under ANY circumstance, ie kingsway or roll your own)
3. dont force us to keep a minimum of 1 quarter worth of log data
4. everything should be auditable
5. dont bill for log until the above is fixed
