Another issue with the portal is that where you have two 'John Smith's in your customer set, because the forums show posts against Full Name, and we can't differentiate users based on profile images, it is not obvious for other users of the forum to know which John Smith they're conversing with.

In addition to supporting profile images as per https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=6964c9de-863a-e911-867a-0003ff68933e it would also be useful if the portal supported rendering forum posts against a contacts Nickname (which is available on the OOB profile form).

Could be best implemented as a site setting? That flips posting name (for forums, ideas, comments) from Full Name to Nickname where Nickname is not blank?
