All reversal entries listed should have True / False in the list view itself under G/L Entry view so anyone can easily change or reverse entry only that which are false for reverse transaction.

The Reversed column is available (under Settings > Personalize) for both the G/L Register list and the General Ledger Entries page (as well as the other Ledger Entries pages). For the Ledger Entries pages you can also add the Reversed by entry No. and/or the Reversed Entry No. fields
