Log of LBD deployment in LCS

Having some log of the current deployment "On Premises" reported to LCS. It will allow LCS users to get some feedback during deployment process.

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

As of now, you can find log information for on-premises deployment documented here - Troubleshoot on-premises deployments
