Wish there is an option to easily identify, track, inquiry, report, maintain and dashboard employee legal entity interest or interest on jobs, job promotions or other (e.g. skills, education, volunteering, project join, entrepreneurship, internships....)
Not tracking employee legal entity interest, there maybe potential opportunity to not easily support employee career or future.
