End User (non technical) can be able to create reports from front end (modern client) (without using any RDLC, VS Code).
User should get an option to select table, fields name, group by, totaling row, etc. option and report shall be generated. There should be an option to save report layout to use it again in future.

This shall save huge amount of report customization and end user will have flexibility to create there own reports by just drag and drop.
