Can you enhance the List feature in Advanced Personalization for Real Time Marketing emails to allow us to apply filters to the list?
For example, I want to display all active offers (not all offers).
Or in my case - I want to display all enrollment records in a 'New' status and whose Create Date was in last 24 hours.

This is available (Real-time only) as public preview in Dec'23 release and will GA in March'23 update.
