unable to copy received email body content using "Ctrl+C" Keyword

- When using Internet Explorer for CRM 2011, from emails in CRM, the content does not copy using "Ctrl + C" keys.
- The work around is to use mouse > right click > copy or Google Chrome also allows Ctrl+C keys.
- Also a message appears above the email b
