Repro steps
Contoso : USMF
1. Go to Accounts payable > orders > All purchase orders
• Click on New button
• Vendor account : 1002

• Click on OK button
 
2. Update below details in the line details
• Item number : A0001
• Site : 2
• Warehouse : 24
• Quantity : 1.00
• Go to Purhcase tab > generate group > Click on Confirm

3. Go to warehouse tab > Load planning workbench
• Click on New load

 
4. Load template ID : 20’ Container

• Click on OK button
5. Load created
• Load ID : USMF-000013

 

6. Login to emulator
User ID : 24
Password :
• Menu item : Inbound > Purchase receive
• PONum: 00000126
• Item : A0001
• Qty : 1

• Click on OK button

• Click on OK button
7. Work created ( go warehouse management > works > all works , find the latest work for purhcase orders )

 

8. Note work ID : USMF:000033

9. Go back to emulator
Main menu : Inbound : Purchase put away
• ID : USMF-000033

• Click on OK button , users grouping purhcase order : Pick

• Click on OK button ,

• Click on Done button , user grouping > purhcase orders :put


• Click on OK button
• Work closed
10. Go back to Load created
• All loads > Load ID : USMF:000013
• Go to shipment and receive tab > Confirm > Inbound shipment

 
11. Go to ship and receive tab > Receive group > Product receipt

• Click on OK button
12. Posting product receipt form opens

• Click on OK button
 
13. Go back to All loads Form
Note : show closed is not enabled
Load ID : USMF-000013 status is received but still shown in the form


 



Actual results
All loads form shows Inbound Loads which is in the received status even though the checkbox “ show closed “ is not enabled


Expected results
Inbound Loads which is in received status is not expected to be shown in the All loads form when the “ Show closed “ checkbox is not enabled
