I understand that several activity types can have multiple customers linked but the regarding field is limited to one. So if I have a custom entity (e.g. "Project") then I cant link one email to multiple projects. Connections doesnt work for me because
1) It takes lots of clicks
2) Users dont like it
3) It doesnt allow the activity to be seen in the activity list on the left nav of the project.

So basically it would be great to be able to choose multiple regarding items in one activity

Very much wanted feature. Today one of my coworkers had a phone call with a contant. That single phone call solved 3 open service cases. My coworker became very confused how to document it. Since he couldn't set the phone call regarding three different cased he had to create three similar phone calls for the three cases. But that again messes up compliance as there were only one phone call made.
