A critical aspect of daily marketing operations that we believe needs to be addressed. Social media activities form a significant part of team's daily work. However, handling these tasks separately from main tools is not only time-consuming but also not resource- or cost-effective.

Given how frequently we engage with social media, it’s crucial that we integrate these activities into a unified platform. This integration would allow us to better manage campaigns and, more importantly, view the results of our social media efforts holistically. Such an approach would provide us with valuable insights that could be leveraged to benefit business strategies.

Moreover, incorporating social media into customer journeys is essential. By doing so, we can ensure a more seamless and effective engagement with our audience, ultimately driving better results for our marketing efforts.
