When using Cluster Picking on the mobile device in combination with License plate verification, the user is not able to cancel out/pass the cluster from this screen. The only option for the user is to specify the correct target LP.
If an incorrect Target LP has been specified in the first instance, the user is not able to pass the cluster to resolve the issue.
