Querying local Microsoft with D 365 BC support is very time consuming because tenant data is not visible.
Here's why it's taking so long:.
Microsoft support spends a lot of time passing data and creating recall procedures to verify the reproducibility of queries.

I suggest the following as an improvement method.

1.Microsoft support will ask you to enter the user environment directly and check the status of the data when it is reproduced.

2.Have Microsoft support investigate the video recording of the reproduction.
