Stop all job queue creating a Sandbox as copy of Production in SaaS

Hi,

When creating a new environemnt as copy of another one via Admin Center in SaaS the APIs connection are disabled. I suggest also to stop all the job queue as part of the process.

Having job queues running in a sandbox environment can mess up workflows quite a bit and cause errors. Think of EDI messages for example.
