We would like to add a "Does not contain" filter in the dropdown lookup in the workflow activation criteria. We tried to use the "is not" condition for specific product names that we wish to exclude but that didn't work as the "is not" filter will select the entire product name.

We're requesting Microsoft to add the "Does not contain" filter in the dropdown lookup, as the built-in filters don't meet your requirements to implement more complex filtering logic.
