Currently, Dynamics Lifecycle Services does not support service-to-service authentication. This means that only regular user credentials (username and password) can be used, and multifactor authentication cannot be set up for the account used in this context. LCS Authentication requires Azure Active Directory (AAD) accounts without MFA enabled and not backed by federated logins. We suggest adding support for service-to-service authentication in LCS to improve security and enable the use of MFA for this type of account.
