Thank you so much for detailing the usability suggestions for org chart. We are working on to revamp the org chart UX and the release is planned in Apr-May 2023 with the following capabilities:

• Build the entire org chart via simple drag-drop action.
• Leverage tags to quickly identify key players and decision-makers.
• Capture notes directly from org charts on-the-go.
• Access your org chart directly from the Contacts form as well

To your questions: 

1. "You only can delete one person at a time – not possible to mark 2 or more people: The ability to delete one person at a time is intentional so as to avoid data loss scenarios":  This is intentional and desgined this way to avoid data loss scenarios. 

2. "When you add a direct report to somebody, it will be saved immediately and the view jumps back to the middle of the chart and zooms in (takes a lot of time, especially n he beginning) - If you collapse something, its not obvious that some of the hierarchy is collapsed. - Scrolling requires the use of scrollbars" : This issue is fixed in the new version
