Many charts/dashboards need to be exported/saved to a file format such as PDF, Word or Excel. By providing users with the ability to convert existing charts/dashboards to CRM reports, they would get this capability for free. Obviously, only Charts & Lists on a dashboard would be able to be converted since there is no concept of a Web Resource or Iframe in SQL Server Reporting Services

Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion and rather have a direct way to allow printing of dashboards with export to PDF! We will consider this in our roadmap.
