Dynamics 365 Human resources employee responsibilities types (social, legal, alternative)

Wish there is a future option to easily visualize and identify employee responsibilities types (e.g. social or volunteering, legal entity, or alternative backup other responsibilities), not featuring responsibility type for purpose of easy identifying easy organization build up or other, human resources might take additional type in easy building teams, emergency teams or backup other jobs or delegations.
