allow users to schedule themselves through the CRM portal. use case is volunteers during disaster events. we post job openings and registered volunteers can select what timeslot they want to volunteer for.

Thank you for your feedback. We have Self-service scheduling APIs in the roadmap, to allow organizations to embed a scheduling widget on their own web application, enabling their customers to search for availability and book appointments

I have the same requirement that I've spent months developing a portal for. We can post volunteer positions, get volunteers to apply, review the applications, etc., but need to use a 3rd party scheduling app to manage the hours they sign up for and work. These systems are not integratable, so there's a lot of manual work needed to get volunteer data into the scheduling app, and a second portal that users need to go to to manage their hours.

Would also be great if D365CE had hours of operation for multiple locations that would allow users to schedule themselves during, but not outside of, those times. Would be good to be able to reference those operating hours on the portal as well to display hours of operation for each location (in our case free clinics).
