Currently we are able to have 1 security group with users that we can setup for accessing a CE instance. However, with the new feature of guest users, it would be good to to enable multiple security groups or support nested security groups. That way you can have groups of guest users from different external companies in different security groups (best practice with AAD).

We have 46K users in our production environment.
We are planning to onboard Azure Security group to our production.
But I got to know there is limitation of maximum 50K members in Azure Security group.

Reference link for Azure AD group limits:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/enterprise-users/directory-service-limits-restrictions

In near feature we might reach to 50K users.

Since nested Azure Security groups are not supported how do we handle if the users are more than 50K.

As a member of a large organization, which encompasses dozens of individual institutions, we have many security groups which are managed by different entities. We have group administration taking place at the individual institution level, as well as organization-wide. As others in this thread have indicated, we also have external consultants, contractors, and other guests that need to be provided access as well. Nesting groups is a common practice for various products and services throughout the enterprise. Failure to support something as basic as nested groups will significantly hamper our adoption of this product. Group architectures simply lack the necessary scalability without the ability to nest them within each other.

Having this support in the current times is even more crucial to help segregate users based on the new app based licensing model. Currently as a workaround in our organization we add users to individual security groups and also parent group.
