When you create a new GOAL, you can choose the fiscal period from Monthly or Quarterly for the template.

Unless you have the ‘Fiscal year settings’ privileges, you are not able to change the fiscal period. So that users need to ask the admin to change which is very inconvenient.

Therefore, I request to have the ability to change the fiscal period for either Monthly or Quarterly at the time when we create a new GOAL record.
If that can be done, we don’t need to change the template for each time.
