We have more people working with order handling. It gives a problem if one user i creating a draft and another must finish the email.

Likewise is would be very helpful if you can open sent email irrespective of which user is registered as sender.

O

The existing email design does not allow other users to open the Sent Emails which were not sent by themselves. Even users with SUPER permission aren't able to do that and there is no configuration that can allow that at all (such as the concept of Approval Administrator who can see all approval entries). This is problematic for users who work in small teams and need to cover each other's work -- which is very common for BC clients that tend to be small to medium size company with smaller teams.

The current restriction means the users aren't able to know what the other team members have done/sent because they cannot open the emails that are not sent by them. When customers/vendors call up to enquire about not receiving certain documents, or after the team members have left the company, there is simply no way for the other users to check the Sent Emails. This does not work well for collaboration within team.
