It is better to has global workflows or shared workflow, generally in all legal entities use same workflows

Hi All,


This is a real basic need to have a creator Group in the workflow. We have a new joiner in the group and below is the case


We have 30+ entities and the role of the team member is in the GL team and responsible for Intercompany transactions. so the person will need to rights to create a Customer Free text invoice, Vendor Invoice journal, and General Journal for provision.


So the person will need access to 30 entities for all 3 workflows. 30* 3 = 90 times i need to go and add his name.
