The Factor Mapping table in MSM uses polymorphic lookup fields due to which bulk update of records in this table through Excel import doesn't work successfully unlike other MSM tables. This limitation prevents business users from managing factor mappings via Excel and requires IT intervention to develop custom dataflow or Power Automate to load the factor mappings.
