Wish there is potential option to easily identify job vacancy applicants based on job applicant requirements (e.g. no experience) for purpose to easily growth personnel, management, backup plans, skill development, promotion strategies, etc.

The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for Talent This functionality exists today within Skill Mapping.  You are able to compare the skills of the employee and contractors with the skills listed on the job to determine if any individuals in the company would be a good fit.. Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
