Microsoft enhanced the keyboard navigation in Business Central 22.1 using the Alt key, similar like in Microsoft 365 productivity apps:
Access actions and navigation menu efficiently with keyboard | Microsoft Learn
Currently this feature is only supported when Business Central is set in English. For many people English is not an option, but these users would obviously also greatly benefit from the this ability if supported in their preferred language.
Please add Alt key navigation support for non-English.
