It it right now not possible to configure a translation for a mobile device menu and or menu item. A translation is useful from a template/kernel perspective and when a company has workers with different languages employed. With a translation feature you need to configure the mobile device menu & menu items only once (template/kernel perspective), and then you can import menu and menu items each time when you start a new rollout.
