Ability to apply multiple deduplication rules on a dataset.

The fact that the deduplication process for a particular records currently stops as soon as the first deduplication match rule is met is pretty surprising and leads to poor results. The current workaround is to perform deduplication prior to ingestion into CI which isn't a great solution since deduplication/unification is a primary selling point of CI.
It would be much better if the deduplication rules were additive so that each duplication rule is applied to the output of the prior rule rather than being applied to the remaining population of the initial input.
