In Dynamics 365 Finance, when we open the Excel add-in, the system attempts to populate all the data. For large datasets, this can lead to long waiting times before we can apply filters. It would be more efficient to open the Excel add-in without automatically running it, allowing users to add filters or make design changes first, and then execute the data retrieval.
