Currently it is not possible to install the same version of a custom app extension that is already installed on a sandbox environment as Dev extension, even when incrementing the app version. It results in the following error:

Right now I would first need to uninstall the installed dev version and only after that it is possible to install the PTE version.
Could we get the possibility to just upgrade the dev extension while incrementing the app version to a PTE version?
