Dynamics 365 CE does not support the automatic loading of inbound SMS messages requiring our users to refresh the SMS panel manually. SMS messages will appear as a notification however manual refresh will be required to see and respond to the message.

Automatic loading of SMS messages will be conducive to a more timely and engaged conversation with our contacts or leads.
