When you add on Case form the Attachments Control this will show all attachments coming from email activities. But there is no way to use all available space in a form.

We need an option that allows us configure the option that the control use full height and with of the form where it is included

in second place, it shows show all the attachments coming from the email activities. But usually emails from customers includes logos, social network signatures that are shown in the Attachments Control. By having email exchanges several times, all this logos and social network images are included every time, is possible that the CSR have more the 50 attachment that makes very difficult to find the real ones.

We need to another option that allows to configure this Attachments control to be able to exclude email body logos, and images < than a certain size does not be considered on the view?
