Rolecenter: Counts for Cues

If there are more than 999 data items for one cue in the Rolecenter, the cue shows "999+". This should be optimized, so that the user will be shown the correct count of data items.

We have business segments where 1 day of data far exceeds 999 records. For these segments tiles with only 3 digits are not usefull.
