The Notes created from the portal are in the below format
"Note created on 7/14/2020 6:17:42 AM by aaa[contact:aea0000b-6eb4-ea11-a812-0000000aa092]".
The Timezone format is fixed to UTC and often causing issues for end users who are accustomed to using the system in their timezone.
I Understand this is a text field, but however when this value is populated hope you can consider system default timezone to avoid issues / Provide the time as 7/14/2020 6:17:42 AM (UTC) to let them know the time with Timezone to provide accurate information.
