It would be great if there was a way to cancel an item's deliver remainder from multiple sales orders at the same time instead of having to go to each specific sales order individually to cancel the deliver remainder.
Would also be great if you could mass update shipping dates in a similar way.
From open sales order lines inquiry, filter for the item, then have the option from that screen to make these adjustments that will update all records in the filtered selection. (The change could be for a specific customer or only items from a particular date needs to be moved, etc.) This would really increase efficiency when you have the same item on hundreds of different sales orders. Would improve data accuracy as well.

Thank you very much for your input. When it comes to being able to cancel deliver remainder for multiple sales orders, this is possible from the All Sales Orders page today. You multi select, and then hit the menu item "Cancel". This will cancel all line deliver remainder quantities, that can be cancelled. Doing it this way, you do not have to sales order or sales order line, one by one. Give it a try.
When it comes to mass updating shipping dates (requested/confirmed) for accross multiple sales order lines for more sales orders either customer or item based, we do not have any plans to provide such support at present in SCM Sales and Marketing.
