If you create an RFQ with PO, you have the availability to accept more than one offer from different vendors that are connected to this RFQ and out of that you can create multiply PO`s from a single RFQ.

If you create however an RFQ from PR, the system allows you to accept only one offer and create only one PO out of this RFQ.
