CRM doesn’t provide a consolidated view of roles and privileges at user level. CRM provides the flexibility to add multiple security roles to system users, but it doesn’t provide a consolidated view to identify roles and privileges that user possess. For example say 5 security roles are associated to particular user, what will be the solution to identify privilege level of the user to a particular entity? Obviously we need to open each and every security role assigned to that user to identify the highest privilege.
